Wiltshire Council is the lead authority on a South West regional partnership comprising Bristol City, Cornwall, Devon, Gloucestershire, Plymouth City, Somerset and North Somerset Councils' on an MOD Covenant Funded project to to raise awareness of the Armed Forces Covenant.

A separate strand to this project provided additional funding to support veterans outreach.
