The University requires a professional traffic management and parking stewarding service to support a programme of events across its campuses throughout the year, to include graduation ceremonies, undergraduate and postgraduate Open Days, applicant visit days and student recruitment events, Welcome Weekend/student arrivals activities, and other ad hoc University events as required.

The successful supplier shall provide suitably trained, customer-focussed personnel to manage vehicle movements, parking operations, visitor arrivals, accessibility requirements and pedestrian safety, ensuring a safe and positive visitor experience.
