Public Health Wales Trust are looking for a suitably qualified supplier to carry out the required Service, Maintenance and Calibration of Safety Cabinets and associated equipment across laboratories across the Trust.
A full list of sites to be serviced is provided within the ITT & specification.
The required services will operate on a scheduled basis within laboratory hours, including Saturdays and Statutory Holidays as necessary.
The successful contractor will be expected to provide pricing and availability around Call Outs and related costings to ensure the Trust has full operational support.
The initial contract will be awarded for a period of 36 months, with an option to extend for a further 2x12 months at the sole discretion of the Trust, subject to satisfactory performance and continued service need.
