The brief

Staffordshire Police wishes to invite tenders from tenderers capable of providing suitably qualified and experienced Senior Occupational Health Physiotherapist/s to provide Physiotherapy Services to employees of Staffordshire Police and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service.

The key responsibilities for the service provider will be to provide suitably qualified and experienced Senior Chartered Physiotherapist to provide clinical Physiotherapy treatment, assessment and rehabilitation to members of Staffordshire Police and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service.

The contract to be for a period of 3 (three) years with the option, at the sole discretion of the Police & Crime Commissioner, to extend for two further periods each of up to 12 (twelve) months in duration.

To ensure all employees affected by any musculo-skeletal discomfort or condition, have early access to physiotherapy services where there is: • An impact on their ability to complete all work tasks or • It is negatively impacting on their attendance in work.
