The brief

This Procurement is for a Framework Agreement for the provision of Post 16 Semi - Independent Accommodation Services for all the authorities listed under section 6 of this document.

The framework was established on the 1st February, 2019 following a competitive tender process.

The 3rd Anniversary re-opening invited tenders from both new applicants or from existing providers who wanted to either improve their original offers or apply for a place on additional Lots.

The Authorities have decided to divide the opportunity into 4 Lots as given below: Lot 1: Looked after children, including Separated Children Seeking Asylum (16 to 21 years old) Lot 2: Care leavers (16 years and older) Lot 3: Young people with complex needs (16-21 years old) Lot 4: Parent(s) and child
