Exeter City Council is seeking a suitably experienced supplier to deliver a comprehensive Resident Survey and Budget Consultation Survey for 2026, alongside providing flexible, additional consultation and engagement support as required during the contract period.\r The core requirements include:\r \r Delivery of a representative Resident Survey (approx.
