Primary Care Early Diagnosis of Cancer Digital Support Tool
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire CCG (BNSSG CCG) is proposing to award the provision of a Primary Care Early Diagnosis of Cancer Digital Support.
The CCG has undertaken an objective assessment of its options and is clear that the identified provider is the only one that meets all its requirements.
The provider offers a Cancer specific tool, thereby supporting the evaluation of the effect on the earlier diagnosis of cancer (aim of the LTP), is the only affordable solution, and is known to be able to meet the CCG's urgent go-live requirements.
It is also known that the provider can integrate in to EMIS, as is required.
As a result of all the material factors noted above, the requirement is being awarded in line with the negotiated procedure without prior publication and specifically regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 'competition is absent for technical reasons'.
The CCG is using the Regulations solely as a guide as to the appropriateness of its decision-making and nothing in this Notice or elsewhere intends to bind the CCG to the Regulations or any part of them.
CCGs are sub-central authorities, and this requirement is therefore a sub-threshold requirement.
The contract will be awarded to C the Signs.
The value of this notice is £158,724 for a 3 year period.
