The Arts Council England is now seeking to appoint suitably qualified service providers to a new framework Agreement to provide services to Arts Council on a call off basis during the period of 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2022, with an option to extend for a further 12-month period to 31 March 2023.
The Arts Council England wishes to set up a framework of suitable service providers (a maximum of 20 service providers) with expertise in a minimum of two of the following areas to support Arts Council's assessment, monitoring and decision-making across its grant programmes: - financial analysis and business plan appraisal of arts/cultural organisations - organisational change and development of arts/cultural organisations - knowledge and experience of the various governance models and structures used in the arts/cultural sector in both large and small organisations - knowledge and experience of a range of business models used in the arts/ cultural sector in both large and small organisations - knowledge and experience of specialist areas of work to support organisations to become more resilient, for example (but not limited to) retail and merchandising, HR, asset exploitation
