The Client is Wolverhampton City Council trading as the City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC), delivering new council housing developments on 3 sites in Wolverhampton.

The proposed contract terms and conditions are the RIBA Standard Professional Services Contract 2018 and suppliers are assumed to have a copy and direct experience of these.
