The aim of this project is to appoint a supplier(s) to provide a corporate database to a consortium of either three or four economic development partners comprising Marketing Birmingham, Black Country Consortium, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and potentially Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council (to be confirmed) in accordance with procurement guidelines as detailed in the tender brief.
