The brief

The Police response to modern slavery research project will seek to understand the police response to modern slavery crime since the introduction of the Modern Slavery Act in 2015.

This will include how the police understand modern slavery crime, how this has changed over time, how the response intersects with adjacent crime types.

A final report will make recommendations for law enforcement and government.
