The Council is currently scoping its requirements for a new contract to commence on 1 April 2024.

The Provider/s will be expected to deliver effective young carers and families services supporting young carers and families aged 5-18 and some extended support for their families in order to identify, assess and reduce excessive and inappropriate caring responsibilities improving outcomes for young people.
