The Staffordshire Commissioner for Police, Fire and Rescue, and Crime (The Commissioner), wishes to commission a free, effective, Child Criminal Exploitation Prevention Service across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, which will: • Prevent children and young people becoming affected by Child Criminal Exploitation; • Prevent children and young people becoming affected by violence; • Safeguard Children and Young People; • Improve children and young people’s behaviour, engagement and attendance at school; • Increase children and young people’s resilience to overcome barriers; • Increase children and young people’s ability to make informed positive choices; • Reduce rate of school suspensions; • Reduce rates of school exclusions; • Reduce the likelihood of young people’s contact with the criminal justice system; • Increase engagement in relevant support services; • Improve life chances for children and young people.

Estimated total value of the contract is up to £2,595,000 over 5 years.
