Harrogate Convention Centre (HCC) is seeking a contractor to provide Stewarding Services across the venue.
PLEASE NOTE REQUIREMENT FOR SITE VISITS - BIDS FROM COMPANIES THAT HAVE NOT ATTENDED WILL BE ELIMINATED These services are one of the determining factors for clients when choosing a venue and so understanding and exceeding customer expectations is crucial.
In return the successful contractor can expect a high level of commitment and will be contributing to future success for the venue and the local economy.
The contract will run for a period of three years with an option for an extension for a further three, 12 month extensions dependent upon the outcome of reviews of the service provision.
It is envisaged that the contract will commence 1 October 2019.
