The Specification in Brief The specification below is set out for the specific services of the supply of Cleaning Services (Summer Clean) for the residences managed by Falmouth Exeter Plus, in accordance with the quality expectations and delivery times as set out below.

The purpose of this specification is to ensure that our suppliers and products align with our department purpose to provide a 4 Star cleaning service across the campus at an affordable price.

We want to develop local supply chains to enhance sustainability and to ensure that all residences are fresh, clean and hygienic to promote the Campus as a clean and healthy environment where students and holiday makers alike can relax and enjoy the Campus experience.

Scope Falmouth Exeter Plus invites you to provide a tender offer for the Summer cleaning of residences at the Penryn Campus and various offsite student accommodation locations in Penryn and Falmouth.

The Contractor should ensure that the contract is staffed to a sufficient level at all times, using suitably trained staff who are provided with the necessary provisions to undertake the work set out in this specification.

The staff would be expected to comply with all relevant health and safety legislation at all times.

There are two cleaning specifications required through the Summer, each with differing requirements as to the level of cleaning - i. 'Post Student' Deep Clean ii.

Changeover Clean The tables below detail the quantities and different types of accommodation, the cleaning specification that will be required along with detailed standards and cleaning timescale plan.

These standards should be met using cleaning products suitable for the particular item to be cleaned and to be compliant with COSHH regulations.
