North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for, and on behalf of, NHS England, Specialised Commissioning who wish to commission Provision of Death in Custody (DIC) Clinical Reviews for Health and Justice North Team including Prisons and Secure Children's Homes for the North Region; Including North West, Yorkshire and the Humber and Cumbria and the North East.The aim of the service will be to deliver a clinical review of a death in custody occurrence within Prisons and Secure Children's Homes in the North Region which will form part of the Prison and Probation Ombudsmen (PPO) investigation and subsequent PPO report
