The current provider has been identified to continue to provide this service based upon key criteria as set out in the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.<br/>Description of Services including:<br/>Type of services to be provided e.g., clinic Outpatient EEG<br/>Outpatient Sleep EEG<br/>Outpatient EMG<br/><br/>Number of clinics Daily<br/>Identity and type of staff EEG- Clinical physiologist performs test and generates factual (technical) report, Clinical consultant generates Clinical report (conclusion)<br/>Sleep EEG- Clinical physiologist performs test and generates factual (technical) report, Clinical consultant generates Clinical report (conclusion)<br/>EMG- Clinical consultant performs the test and generates Clinical report (conclusion)<br/><br/><br/>This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice.
The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
