Provision of Soft FM Services: PIN - Request for Information
The procurement contact named on the official notice.
National Galleries of Scotland has published 35 notices across all categories, and 38% of its awards go to a supplier it has used before.
Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →
National Galleries Scotland (NGS) plan to procure a single Contractor contract for the Provision of Soft FM Services including (but not limited to): - Cleaning services; - Waste Management; - Pest Control; - Sanitary Bins, Vending Machines and Sharps; and - Window Cleaning This is a new procurement strategy for NGS who has previously procured these contracts separately.
We would be undertaking our own tender competition following the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
The contract is anticipated to commence 1st October 2024 and run for an initial period for 3 years with the option to extend by a variable extension period up to an additional 24 months.
NGS is looking to engage with the market.
