Fairfax Multi Academy Trust (FMAT) is seeking to appoint competent and accredited Contractors to deliver statutory estates compliance services across its academies.
The services include the inspection, testing, servicing, certification, and reporting of statutory compliance activities to ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, and British Standards.
The contract is divided into five Lots: • Lot 1 - Fire Safety Compliance • Lot 2 - Electrical Safety & Compliance • Lot 3 - Water Hygiene & Legionella Control • Lot 4 - Gas, Boilers & Pressure Systems • Lot 5 - Lifting Equipment & LOLER Compliance The Contractor(s) will be required to deliver all services in accordance with statutory requirements, approved service frequencies, and FMAT compliance requirements, with full certification and reporting uploaded to the Trust's compliance management system (HANDSAM).
The contract will be for an initial term of three years with the option to extend.
