Under the data protection legislation, Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), has the power to fine organisation up to 17 million.

Considering the current risk around data protection incidents and MOD compliance under Data Protection Act 2018, there is an ongoing continuous need to create training for broader understanding and awareness across the MOD.

This training will be tailored for MOD personnel and it will help to build capabilities and improve Data Protection compliance under part 3 of the Data Protection Act 2018.
