The brief

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) surveys around the city and on the strategic road network.

This is to inform the development and feasibility of a Clean Air Zone (CAZ) for the city.

The project requires 24-hour ANPR surveys to collect, capture and analyse euro emissions vehicle classification as well as inbound and outbound vehicle movements and origin-destination patterns for a continuous 7-day period.

This contract will be for a period of 4 months commencing 16th May 2017 until 29th September 2017.

BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
