The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the above services.Description:The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is looking for a service provider who possesses specialist knowledge and expertise in Rating services.

The provider will be expected to assist in the calculation and forecasting of business rate income.

This will enable LBTH to maximise the potential rateable value within the borough to ensure the accuracy of the rating list which in turn can benefit the council through increasing the opportunities available for rates retention income.The service must include the combined provision of technology and expert rating consultancy using information held by the authority and on the local rating list.

This should provide intelligence and information for the day to day administration of business rates within the borough including the provision of data for the relevant statutory returns including the NNDR1 and NNDR3 forms.Access will be granted through the Valuation Office Agency's BA TRANS portal for the collection of data specific to London Borough of Tower Hamlets.We are looking for a viable solution to help improve the quality and accuracy in forecasting the business rate income.
