The works covered by this procurement exercise have been subdivided into 2 lots as follows: Lot 1 - replacement kitchens Lot 2 - replacement bathrooms The duration of the contract is for a period of 2 years and 3 months with the option to extend for further period of 24 months, ending on 31st March 2031.
AHG intends to award the contracts on 25th November 2026 to go live on 1st January 2027.
