The requirement will be divided into lots and tenders may be submitted for all lots: Lot 1 - General secondary research insight services - Typically desk research and unlikely to include direct interviews Lot 2 - Stakeholder including customer qualitative research services Lots 3 - Stakeholder including customer quantitative research services including use of advanced statistical methods and analysis.
Wales & West Utilities is looking to award a 3 year contract with the option to extend for up to 2 years.
