The Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire invited bids via the MOJ – Probation Dynamic Framework for Restorative Justice to establish a contract for Restorative Justice and Mediation Service for Victims of Crime and Criminal Justice Responses in the Cheshire Constabulary policing area.
