Bituminous based highway products which includes but is not limited to: bituminous joint and edge sealant spray, deferred set bitumen macadam, open graded pothole repair, close graded permanent cold-lay surfacing materials, water reactive binder permanent cold-lay surfacing material and thermoplastic over-banding tape A compliant direct award call-off contract with 'Instarmac Group PLC' has been awarded in accordance with the requirements of ESPO's 250_24 framework for the ad-hoc provision of items included within the Lot 2 and Lot 4 Price Schedules.
