SAH will be publishing 4 separate tender notices to cover the following four workstream based Contracts.
Each of the four tender notices will be divided into eight regional lots.
Notice 1 will be for the servicing, maintenance and repair of domestic and commercial heating.
Notice 2 will be for electrical testing and associated repairs.
Notice 3 will be for the servicing, maintenance and repair of fire safety systems.
Notice 4 will be for the servicing, maintenance and repair of door entry systems and security gates with the possible inclusion of CCTV and intruder alarms depending on the outcome of the market engagement.
The split of value by workstream and lot will be provided at the market engagement events, but the regional lots for each Tender Notice will be based on the following - 1.
South West, 2 West, 3.
South, 4.
East, 5 London, 6.
Midlands, 7.
North West and 8.
North East.
By way of indication it is envisaged that the approximate annual spend by workstream will be 700k for heating, 385k for electrical, £275k for fire and £365k for door entry / CCTV.
