This procurement has been divided into 2 lots:\r \r Lot 1 is for the appointment of a gas safe registered mechanical supplier for the provision of servicing, responsive repairs and maintenance to commercial and domestic gas and heating plant and equipment under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition.
The Council are seeking to appoint one service provider for this Lot.\r \r Lot 2 is for the appointment of an organisation for the provision of responsive repairs to plumbing and kitchen plant and equipment under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition.
