Knowsley MBC, hereafter known as the Customer, is undertaking a secondary competition under Lot 2 of the ESPO Framework Agreement reference 45 for Catering Disposables.
The objective of this secondary competition is to appoint a single Supplier for the provision of Catering Disposables to the Customer.
The Contract is intended to start on 1st August 2015 and will be in place for a period of 3 years until 31st July 2018 with option to extend the contract up to further 1 x 12 months subject to contract review and the Supplier’s performance.
The estimated annual value of the Contract is anticipated to be £35,000 per annum.
The bidder accepts and acknowledges that the Customer does not guarantee the number of orders to be placed during the Contract Term.
