The brief

1.

Establish the programme management office to support delivery of the programme 2.

Review and enhance PowerBI Dashboard programme reporting - enabling input from contributors across multiple organisations and reporting to multiple stakeholders / Boards 3.

Manage regular reporting requirements - gathering updates from programme stakeholders and preparing reports as required 4.

Support analysis of specific programme areas identified, working with project leads and drawing on service performance data to support analysis and planning We will work with you as a joint team, providing briefings and support to new programme members to support onboarding.

The supplier's team will include individuals with previous experience in the SEN space and understanding of partnerships with relevant stakeholders such as the DfE, and health providers.

We will identify opportunities to provide ongoing knowledge transfer from our SME staff to key staff within the Council.

The council will also continue to have access to supplier's staff who have previous experience of the Kent CC SRP, via James Bowman, in order to offer continuity and knowledge transfer.
