Award of a framework agreement with a range of suppliers for requirements to be delivered within school settings.
These services may be provided in relation to Pupil Equity funding and will also include provision of interventions for individuals with varied and complex needs.
East Lothian Education and Children’s Services Departments are committed to ensuring young people are treated with dignity and respect with a clear focus on self-directed decision making by young people and sustainable outcomes for them.

This framework agreement will enable East Lothian schools to compliantly purchase the range of services which will support the delivery of our vision and values which align closely with following values of the Key Priorities in the National Improvement Framework for Scottish Education ‘Achieving Excellence and Equity’: - Improvement in attainment, particularly in literacy and numeracy; - Closing the attainment gap between the most and least disadvantaged children; - Improvement in children and young people’s health and wellbeing. - Improvement in employability skills and sustained, positive school leaver destinations for all.
