South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw ICS Digital Services for Our Public (DSOP) Programme
The South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Integrated Care System (SYB) are seeking to deliver a series of digital capabilities to support their population, via the Digital Services for Our Public (DSOP) programme.
National Commercial and Procurement Hub, NHS England and NHS Improvement (the Hub) are undertaking market engagement activity on behalf of SYB to assess current capability and appetite.
Invitations to tender for this opportunity within the DSOP programme are expected to be issued in Q1 2022.
To support this market engagement activity, the Hub have worked with SYB to develop a questionnaire to assess market capability and also to explore contractual models to support the delivery of our critical success factors.
SYB are seeking to enter into a multi-year contract with successful provider(s), delivering long-term benefits to the population.
The questionnaire can be found via https://forms.office.com/r/qKH0btiyDV The market engagement activity will support the development of a market analysis report identifying the capacity and appetite within the market to deliver DSOP's required outcomes.
SYB currently spend £8m per annum on digital products across the localities, with rationalisation of this estate a key aim of the DSOP programme.
Included within this rationalisation is an expectation that savings will be made against current spend.
SYB are willing to explore a variety of contractual models prior to finalisation of procurement documentation, including consideration of consortia bids or the development of a relationship with a service delivery partner.
SYB will seek to enter into a contract for a period of up to 5 years with a successful supplier.
The overall contract value is up to £40m across the full contract term.
The market engagement questionnaire will be open until 17.00 on 20 December 2021.
If you have any queries regarding the process, or would like to raise any clarifications, please contact Garry Mitchell at commercial.procurementhub@nhs.net
