This Agreement may be accessed by all other Registered Providers of Social Housing within England, Scotland and Wales.
The Agreement is accessible by all local authorities in England, Scotland and Wales.
The Agreement may also be used by all other contracting authorities within England, Scotland and Wales.

The Procurement Partnership Limited (TPPL) a provider of procurement services to the UK public sector will help manage this Agreement and deliver mini-competitions on behalf of contracting authorities.
The Agreement is therefore available to all current and future members of TPPL's buying club.
