The 7 miles of golden sandy beaches are particularly enjoyed by families and those with an interest in water sports.
This opportunity will allow the successful operator to become part of a vibrant and expanding community at Boscombe.
The agreement is for 10 years commencing 1st March 2016, with a mutual break clause every 2 years.
