The tender is for the development of an All-Age Advocacy Hub which will provide independent advocacy service for Adults, Looked After Children and Child Protection children within the care of Bolton Local Authority to meet all the statutory requirements for independent advocacy under the Children’s Act 1989, the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the Mental Health Act 2007, for all types of need.
