The bus station is open for business for between 17 - 19 hours a day, 363 days a year with over 115 buses departing the site during the busiest hour.
To ensure people feel confident to use bus services it is essential that the bus station is kept clean and secure.
Since the bus station opened in March 2010 a Service Provider has provided cleaning, security and information office services on site.
The emphasis of this contract is the requirement for the successful Service Provider to: • Deliver an innovative, high quality customer focused service which meets the contract specification, • Consistently demonstrate market best practice, • Proactively identify and deliver continual improvement throughout the contract term.
