Hackney Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced operator to manage, maintain and develop the Council's public tennis facilities and deliver a borough-wide community tennis development programme under a concession contract arrangement.
The concessionaire will be responsible for the operation, programming, booking systems, customer service, maintenance and development of the facilities, including delivery of inclusive participation initiatives, coaching programmes, outreach activities and community engagement.
The contract will operate as a concession arrangement whereby the appointed operator will derive income from users, coaching, events and associated activities and will pay a concession fee to the Council.
The initial contract term is five years with an option to extend for up to two additional years.
