The Framework Agreement will run for 2 years with an option to extend for an additional 2 years in annual increments and is expected to commence on 1st April 2023.
The initial Call-Off Contract is expected to commence on 1st April 2023 and continue for two years, ending on 31st March 2025.
There is an option to extend for a further two years in 12 month increments at the sole discretion of the Council.
