North West London Clinical Commissioning Group (“NWL CCG”) (the "Authority") requires the provision of Urgent Treatment Centres (“UTC”) across a number of locations. <br/><br/>The aim is to create an urgent and emergency care system capable of delivering equitable access to the right care, first time for patients through a networked model with services provided along robust pathways 24/7.

UTCs form an important access point on this network with key interdependencies with Emergency Departments (“ED”), Primary Care, NHS 111, London Ambulance Service (“LAS”), Rapid Response and GP Out of Hours.
