The University is seeking to engage with suppliers who are wish to contribute in the development of a best practice supply chain model which meets the requirements of the University, and it's partners, for each of following Lots; Lot 1.
Supply of AV Equipment Lot 2.
Supply and Installation Lot 3.
Design and Delivery of Large Scale Installations Lot 4.
Maintenance Lot 5.
Supply and maintenance of AV Control Programmes University of Surrey will be the lead authority for this contract which will also include; University of Roehampton, St Mary's University, and Surrey Sports Park Interested parties are invited to a "Meet the Buyer" Day which will be held at the University's Stag Hill Campus on Tuesday 30th August 2016.
The purpose of this meeting will be to give the University and it's partners the opportunity to explain their desired outcomes in more detail and allow potential tenderers to ask questions in an open forum.

All requests must be received by 17:00 Hrs on Friday 26th August 2016 Due to room capacity, attendance at the Meet the Buyer Day will be limited to a maximum of two (2) representative per organisation.

Organisations that are not able to attend the Meet the Buyer Day but nonetheless wish to participate in the market testing, shall be given the opportunity to do so.
Such organisations should register on the In Tend portal as stated above, and submit a copy of the market testing expressions of interest documentation.
A Prior Information Notice (PIN) has also been published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) in respect of this opportunity.
This notice is issued solely for the purpose of conducting a market testing exercise and generally alerting the market to an anticipated procurement by the University.
It does not constitute a commitment by the University to undertake a procurement exercise in the future.
