This is a large award for Business Services — above three-quarters of comparable contracts. Based on 57,319 valued Business Services tenders in our corpus.
The National Lottery Community Fund publishes Business Services work continuously — 25 notices, roughly one every 27 days. This is a stream to watch, not a cycle to wait for.
29% of The National Lottery Community Fund’s awards go to a supplier it has used before.
Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →
The Fund is seeking to procure a suitable supplier (an individual organisation or a consortium with a lead supplier) to deliver an evaluation of the Together for Families programme, a £59.2m partnership programme with the Northern Ireland Department of Health (DoH).
The appointed supplier will be expected to play a lead role in coordinating, synthesising and communicating learning and evidence from across the programme, ensuring that insights are brought together in a coherent and meaningful way.
Concurrently, we are also procuring the ‘C0150 Together for Families Support Contract’.
Bidders may submit a tender for this contract, the C0150 Together for Families Support Contract, or both.
The appointed supplier will be expected to work collaboratively with the Support Supplier, where different suppliers are appointed, to align learning, share relevant insights and evidence, and coordinate the programme-wide synthesis of evidence, learning and emerging findings.
