East Staffordshire Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Supplier to provide treatment of garden waste over the forthcoming five (5) years with the option to extend up to a further five (5) years.
This is for the Treatment of Green Waste at the direction of the Council.
The Treatment process and resulting product shall comply with the current edition (from time to time) of the British Standards Institution’s Publicly Available Specification for Composted Materials (BSI PAS 100) or as appropriate the British Standards Institution’s Publicly Available Specification for whole digestate, separated liquor and separated fibre derived from the anaerobic digestion of source-segregated biodegradable materials (BSI PAS 110) (from time to time), or any other equivalent quality standard.
