The brief

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) has been issued by the Authority who are seeking to award a contract for the provision of drainage construction works, including associated new below-ground drainage runs, manholes and associated reinstatement works within the existing site.

The Authority have identified a requirement to upgrade drainage at Clyst St George Fire Station (Station 45) and Urban Search and Rescue (USAR, Station 60) facility to improve the performance of the existing drainage system and to mitigate flood risk to neighbouring properties.

The works are expected to comprise primarily new below-ground drainage runs, manholes and associated reinstatement works within the existing site.

Contract commencement is anticipated in September 2026.
