Working around the Public Right of Way, access must be kept clear unless instruction from the contractor are issued to request temperate diversion from Lincolnshire County Council.

Any ruts must be rolled out and any removal/damage to site infrastructure replaced like for like by the end of works, subject to Delphine Suty's approval.
