The brief

This invitation to quote, asks for providers to bid to undertake an engagement and consultation review of the 24/7 Children and Young People's Crisis Offer, delivered by Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust (CWPT).

The consultation and engagement will be used to form a new 24/7 Crisis model across Coventry and Warwickshire.

We will instruct an independent external provider with local knowledge and significant engagement and consultation experience to work with children and young people, parents and carers to co-produce a 24/7 crisis model.

The Coventry and Warwickshire CAMHS Transformation Operational Group (TOG) will ensure that the reviewer is provided with policies, procedures, performance and demand data, other key documentation, access to individuals for interview and invites to relevant meetings in order to complete the review.

The CAMHS Transformation Operational Group (TOG), is a multi-agency operational group, to ensure delivery of actions from the Local Transformation Plan (LTP) and to inform future LTP's to NHS England Please note that Commissioners support and encourage collaborative proposals from organisations across Coventry and Warwickshire.
