NHS Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations to bid for an integrated assessment and treatment service for those individuals who present with an urgent but non-life threatening needs delivered through a Community Urgent Care Centre model based in Weymouth.
This integrated service brings together the existing urgent care services to ensure a single point of access for patients.
The service will provide same day rapid turnaround medical advice, diagnosis and/or treatment for unexpected illnesses and injuries which require immediate care but which do not require the full services of an Emergency Department.
