The ground floor will accommodate the Outpatients Department comprising 12 no Consult/Exam rooms, Day Case facilities and an Acute Paediatric Assessment Unit together with staff facilities and ancillary accommodation.
The first floor will provide ward accommodation with 25 no single bedrooms with dedicated ensuites together with an additional 3 person bedroom.
The development also includes the creation of two enclosed courtyards which will be landscaped for patient use as well as several roof terraces with direct access from patient bedrooms.
