The Contract is for the Provision of:• Lot 1 – An Alcohol/Violence Out of Court Disposal Intervention Scheme for offenders who commit acts of physical or verbal violence, excluding Domestic Abuse, against either persons or property, whilst under the influence of alcohol; and to provide basic treatment for the alcohol abuse and the underlying aggressive behaviour it triggers.• Lot 2 – An Alcohol and Domestic Abuse Out of Court Disposal Intervention Scheme for low level Domestic Abuse offenders, both intimate partner and wider family members, where the offences committed are accompanied/exacerbated by excessive consumption of alcohol.

The intervention will integrate basic treatment for the alcohol abuse and the abusive behaviour.
