The brief

The Achieving Business Compliance (ABC) programme wants to commission research to understand the potential challenges and barriers to regulatory changes that were faced and how they were dealt with so we can learn from what works or what doesn't.

We want to learn from any parallels that can be drawn from other industries to the food landscape and how real change was achieved, so that we do not spend time, effort and resource on 'reinventing the wheel'.

The programme wants to be prepared for the range of significant issues ahead.
