The evaluation partner will be expected to engage with the GMCA and the appointed provider prior to the programme go live in order to finalise an evaluation plan monitoring framework and data collection mechanisms.\r \r Contract start date July 2023\r \r Greater Manchester Combined Authority as part of this procurement exercise invites research and evaluation providers to submit an appropriate bid to a value of 99999 pounds sterling plus VAT.\r \r The programme and its evaluation will be funded through a Department for Work and Pensions grant to the GMCA.\r \r For more information please visit The Chest at www.the-chest.org.uk/ \r
